Hey everyone,
Can you believe it’s already May? It feels like the year just started, and yet here we are—spring in full swing and summer quickly approaching. The days are getting longer, the sun is shining brighter, and that unmistakable scent of fresh-cut grass and warm pavement is in the air. You know what that means—car show season is officially here! Whether you’re polishing chrome or browsing the classics, it's a great time to be a car enthusiast.
Over at Dezo’s Garage, things are picking up too. You may have noticed some changes around the site as we’ve begun updating the navigation system. The new tab-style menus are starting to go live, making it easier than ever to browse through brochures. So far, FMC and Toyota are fully transitioned to the new layout, and moving forward, any new additions that need a menu will be added using this new tab format. It’s all about making your experience smoother and more enjoyable.
I also want to send out a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s taken the Dezo’s Garage Survey. Your feedback really means a lot to me, and I’m truly grateful to see that most of you are enjoying the site. Knowing that it’s helping collectors, enthusiasts, and casual visitors alike makes all the effort worthwhile.
And of course, I couldn’t sign off without mentioning this month’s Extra—a personal favorite: “Dezo’s Cars.” It’s a nostalgic look at the vehicles I’ve owned over the years, complete with brochures and stories from my three decades of driving. Hello, Car Enthusiasts!
As the snow melts and the days get longer, it's time to shake off the winter cobwebs and get our rides out of hibernation! Warmer weather is on the horizon, and we're all revving our engines for a fresh start. But before you take that first cruise of the season, we've got some exciting updates, some cool features, and a little peek at what's coming up!
Survey Says…
First off, we want to thank everyone who took the time to complete our recent survey. Your feedback was invaluable (seriously, we’re taking notes!). The biggest takeaway? Our menu system was a bit of a pain point for many of you. Noted, and we’re on it!
New & Improved Navigation
Here’s the good news: you’ll soon be able to view car brochures in a brand new way! You’ll be able to select the manufacturer, then decade, and year all in one page. No more endless scrolling through menus over and over. Just find what you’re looking for and get back to drooling over specs and photos! A new menu system will follow. To see this go to the Ford menu and select Ford Tabs, Lincoln menu and select Lincoln Tabs, or Mercury menu, and select Mercury Tabs.
This Month’s Feature: JDM Coups of the Late 80s and Early 90s
Now, let's talk cars! March's feature is a nostalgic trip to the world of JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) coupes from the late 80s and early 90s. Whether you’re a fan of the iconic Nissan Silvia, the legendary Toyota Supra, or the sleek Mazda RX-7, we’ve got some serious classics lined up for you to feast your eyes on.
